Thrifty Mama Bear is committed to offering the most reliable & secure shipping & return methods possible. By visiting the Site, you agree to the following "Shipping & Returns" policy.
Not all items may be subject to the same shipping methods. Depending on the quantity or nature of items purchased will determine if you receive a boxed shipping method or a bagged shipping method. All shipping methods, practices, & promises are made through a Third Party vendor (e.g. USPS, UPS, or FedEx). These vendors receive our packages & complete the shipping process. Any problems or delays you receive with your shipping methods will be handled & resolved through the Third Party vendor & deemed the Third Parties' responsibility. Thrifty Mama Bear will only be held responsible for proper information & communication exchange between consumers involving their product/shipping issues.
Thrifty Mama Bear will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, damaged items during the shipping process, invalid or expired tracking information, or any other shipping related issues (e.g. items, paperwork, time, tracking info, etc.), but will be responsible to direct consumers to a proper source (Third Party vendor) in order to resolve any problems or issues. The average shipping time-frame is 7-10 business days. If there are any unexpected changes or delays, Thrifty Mama Bear will contact you directly via email regarding such information.
Tracking information will be provided once the package is shipped by our Third Party vendors & will therefore become responsibility of our Third Party vendors, until delivery. Returns may be made within the first 30 days of purchase (date of purchase). Returns will only be accepted at buyer's full expense. Cancellations will only be accepted before consumer's package has been shipped. Once package has been shipped, buyer must request a return & pay in full to fulfill the return process.
